Return to the Champions' Guild, and talk to the Guildmaster again. Oziach says that to be able to buy a rune platebody from him, you have to kill the green dragon, Elvarg, located on the desolate island of Crandor. He will then tell you to visit Oziach, who is located in the north-west corner of Edgeville, very close to the Wilderness. Talk to the Guildmaster in the Champions' Guild, and ask him for a quest. They can be noted by small differences stated in the guide.
